Originally from Tuscany, Italy, the Il buco owners take pride in bringing authentic Italian pizza to Byron Bay. We source every bit of produce we can locally and use only the best quality ingredients. Angelo, our pizza chef has been making amazing pizzas for over 20 years. He even won MTV’s best pizza in Australia 2 years in a row. We value simple genuine food made with true love and will always bring this to you with a smile on our faces.
